Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Budget House (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the real estate agents (hereinafter referred to as "the Agent") who work with the Company.

1. Agent's Responsibilities

  1. Representation: The Agent shall represent the Company and its properties in a professional and ethical manner.
  2. Due Diligence: The Agent shall conduct due diligence on potential clients and properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Marketing: The Agent shall actively market the Company's properties through various channels, as agreed upon by the Company.
  4. Communication: The Agent shall maintain clear and consistent communication with the Company and clients, providing regular updates and reports.
  5. Compliance: The Agent shall comply with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and the Company's policies.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, client interactions, and property details.
  7. Property Showings: Conduct property showings in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate on behalf of the Company to achieve favorable outcomes.

2. Company's Responsibilities

  1. Property Information: The Company shall provide the Agent with accurate and up-to-date information about the properties.
  2. Marketing Support: The Company may provide marketing materials and support to assist the Agent in promoting the properties.
  3. Commission: The Company shall pay the Agent a commission as agreed upon in the separate commission agreement.
  4. Legal Support: Provide legal support and guidance as needed.
  5. Access: Provide agent with appropriate access to properties for showing purposes.

3. Commission and Payment

  1. The commission structure shall be outlined in a separate commission agreement between the Company and the Agent.
  2. Commissions shall be paid upon successful completion of a transaction, as defined in the commission agreement.
  3. Payment terms shall be specified in the commission agreement.
  4. Any disputes regarding commissions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation.

4. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate this agreement with [Number] days' written notice.
  2. The Company may terminate this agreement immediately for cause, including but not limited to breach of contract, unethical conduct, or violation of applicable laws.
  3. Upon termination, the Agent shall return all Company property and confidential information.

5. Confidentiality

  1. The Agent shall maintain the confidentiality of all Company and client information.
  2. The Agent shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Company's written consent.

6. Indemnification

  1. The Agent shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the Agent's negligence or misconduct.

7. Governing Law

  1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].

8. Amendments

  1. These terms and conditions may be amended by the Company at any time with written notice to the Agent.

9. Entire Agreement
